S’mores Pie

When I had my little pie business a couple of years ago, this pie was hands down, my best seller. It’s incredibly easy to make and is sure to please! It’s delicious gooey and right out of the oven or chilled.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

-1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened,
-1/2 c. sugar
-1 large egg
-1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
-1 c. all-purpose flour
-1 c. graham cracker crumbs
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1/2 tsp. kosher salt
-1 container (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
-3 whole (1.55 oz. each) Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars
-1-1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions:

-Heat your oven @ 350
-Grease a 9” pie plate

-In a lg bowl, beat butter & sugar. Add egg & vanilla and beat until combined. Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Beat just until combined.

-Press about half of the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of pie pan.

-Spread marshmallow creme evenly over the bottom crust. Separate the chocolate squares of 2 of the whole chocolate bars and lay evenly over the top of the creme. Top with 1 c of the marshmallows.

-With the remaining crust mix, make medium-sized jagged clumps. Do not press the crust mixture together- touch it as little as you can.

-Drop clumps over the marshmallows, don’t pat in the crust mixture. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of marshmallows over the top. Separate the chocolate squares of the remaining chocolate bar and poke the squares randomly into the top of the pie.

-Bake 18-20 min. Cool or eat warm for a gooey treat! This is guaranteed to be a hit anytime of the year!
